Open Positions

Our manufacturing positions are first shift, in a climate comfortable environment and are supported by our dedication to safety.  

Our office is a respectful yet casual work environment co-located with manufacturing.

Primarily responsible for assembling sub-components of our custom industrial machines and after-market parts. Assembly is light duty and may include mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components. Other responsibilities support our shop and manufacturing processes and include cycle counting, assisting with weights and dimensions for shipping and other duties as assigned.

The primary focus of the Part-Time IT Help Desk Specialist is to provide technical support to internal end-users. This includes assistance with PC hardware, software, basic networking and devices while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the IT Help Desk Specialist may support projects, user training, procurement, and IT related documentation as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Main point of contact for users needing IT support regarding PC hardware, software, basic networking, and peripheral devices such as printers.
  2. Ask targeted questions and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
  3. Conduct occasional remote troubleshooting.
  4. Troubleshoot by testing options until you resolve an issue.
  5. Help setup new workstations/laptops and customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
  6. Direct unresolved issues to the IT Manager.
  7. Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional.
  8. Report feedback and potential product requests.
  9. Assist with e-waste recycling.
  10. Support special projects as needed by the IT Manager.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

     

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of related IT support experience in an office environment
    • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments and Microsoft Office/365.
    • Working knowledge on computer peripherals (printers/scanners).
    • Familiarity with Windows OS and desktop software installation and configuration.
    • Understanding of basic networking (ethernet and Wi-Fi).
    • Able to communicate with tact and professionalism.
    • Excellent teamwork, customer service and communication skills.
    • Action oriented with the ability to build and leverage relationships to accomplish goals.
    • Strong detail orientation including demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, review own work and verify details.
    • Self-starter with a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while keeping cool under pressure.
    • Able to physically set up technology equipment and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.
